Photo Scanning & Submission Tips
Best option: Scanner. Please scan the image version in the best condition at the highest resolution your scanner allows (300DPI minimum, the higher the better). Local print shops, Staples, or CVS also provide inexpensive or free scanning services as well!
Great Option: Phone Camera. Simply take a snapshot of your old photo and submit. Follow the camera snapshot tips below for best results.
For best results, please submit your photo following the guide below. Be sure to capture the photo from top down, both your camera and photo on the same plane. Ensure your photo is illuminated by good lighting with no reflections.
